Don Thach Newland

Don was born in Galveston, TX. He attended Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe Texas. After finishing high school Don studied Biblical Studies and earned his Bachelors Degree from Dallas Independent Baptist College in 1996.   

Don followed his schooling up with a job as a Youth Minister for Bethel Baptist Church in Santa Fe Texas. Don’s career took him and his wife Penny to Saigon, Vietnam to be Missionaries from May of 1998 until June of 2007.  

Don has made the transition to the real estate field with ease. He has taken the challenge head on and excelled. Don is a sweet and patient real estate agent. He takes the time to understand our client's needs, expectations and goals. He truly goes the distance to accommodate any special needs they may have. When you are looking to buy your home, Don and The Team are there to help you through each and every step. Don has the knowledge and the tools to make it happen for you.  

In his spare time Don loves to watch hockey games. He makes sure to keep up with his favorite teams. When he has down time he likes to read theology and philosophy books. After having the opportunity to see many different cultures in his Missionary work, he has developed a love for travel. He takes the opportunities that he has available to take his wife on trips.
