Kim was born in Vietnam and immigrated to America when she was 15. After finishing 5th grade in Vietnam, she had to start high school in America with minimal knowledge of English. With a lot of hard work - learning both her school subjects and English as a second language - she graduated high school and university with honors. She has been working in the real estate and mortgage industries since 1998. She and her husband, Robb Campbell, are Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Elite (Brentwood, TN) and Kim is President and CEO of Elite Home Loans (Brentwood, TN). RE/MAX Elite currently has around 350 Agents on the roster. Elite Home Loans has approximately 50 Mortgage Bankers. Kim has put together a solid team of professionals on whom her clients have been able to rely with certainty through the process of buying or selling a house. The Kim Hà Team gives their clients a sense of confidence while guiding them from start to finish. Kim is absolutely results driven. This natural drive has powered her career as President and CEO of Elite Home Loans. As Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Elite, she has maintained a constant connection with her real estate clients, while at the same time overseeing the Management Staff of Elite Home Loans. To maintain the balance of a compassionate real estate agent and President and CEO of one of the fastest growing mortgage companies in Middle Tennessee, Kim has put in place finely-tuned real estate marketing, sales, and buying systems that complement her extensive experience and thorough knowledge of the Middle Tennessee market. Kim is then able to use her credentials as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and as well as her experience as a yearly Top Producer of the Greater Nashville Area of Realtors, to execute a well-crafted plan to meet each client’s needs and goals.
